I updated my website and nothing is working correctly on Firefox but does on other browsers even after refreshing.

Firefox is my default browser. I uploaded my latest website and the links do not work. I checked other browsers, no problem. Also, the photo on my homepage looks askew. I refreshed, restarted, did everything I could and nothing. In fact, I asked my husband and some friends to check my site on Firefox on their computers and they have the same issue so it's a Firefox thing. When I tested my site via Dreamweaver, via Firefox, though, everything worked fine. Explain that!

Which links do not work? I see links at the bottom of the page, is one or more of those not working for you?

I did notice an odd centering issue on one page (attached). I don't use DreamWeaver, but can you avoid having to manually center everything by creating a CSS style rule such as the following:

#sidebar1 td {text-align: center;}

That should center the contents in all the table cells in <div id="sidebar1">.

I tried all of the above and nothing changed. And if others are having the same problem on their versions of Firefox, then what does that mean?

Crying out of frustration here!

Thank you for your help...

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)

Actually, my apologies to you. It appears that my web design program is full of bugs. It's outdated and I needed to go to each page and replace all the mapping to the links...on each page. Only that fixed the issue.

By the way, I am not sure what a screenshot would have done if the problem was that I could not click on anything...you would have needed to see a video, I think. Thank you very much for your time, though!

jscher2000, Thanks for your reply. All is working now. As for the centering issue, I am not a coder and do everything in design mode but I think I can fix that problem easily. Thank you for taking the time!
