Next button still frozen on "Enter credentials" for Gmail

I'm still having this issue despite doing the latest update for TB. I've also tried enabling everything here: https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols

I've tried putting "normal password" instead of OAuth2 and that downloads all the emails for the account but doesn't let you send emails still. When you try, it prompts the Enter credentials page and the Next button is still not working.

Can't seem to find a way round this and the new update hasn't sorted it. I'm using windows - I've also tried making my preferred browser IE instead of Chrome - didn't work either. Looked at passwords and they are correct too.
