Received emails with "Unchecked" in the subject title along with lots of "undelivered spam" emails. How can I fix this and what does it mean?
I received a very large email a month ago which can through with "unchecked" in the subject line. Since then every email comes through with "***unchecked***" in the subject line and now last night I received about 70 spam emails. What is happening and how do I solve this? I have anti virus on my computer and when I run a scan all is ok. Thanks for any help.

I think an external spam detector is adding this "unchecked" note to the subject line. Go look at your email account at your email provider's website to see what they might be doing for you.
Spammers steal email addresses and use them as the "from:" address. They wouldn't use their own addresses, would they? These messages don't mean you sent them, or even that your account has been compromised. Inspection of the header or source usually reveals that the message was sent by someone else's computer, but using your email address in the "from" field.
You can't stop it. Be patient; they usually move on after a while.
Thank you - thats reassuring that my account may not have been compromised. I will sit back and wait for another week or two.
