What does this mean? Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at XXX Port 80

I have changed the cookies setting and tried the "forget this site" option to try to fix this so that I can access the site but nothing seems to be working. I don't understand what it means or why I can't open the site. I received a link through my e-mail, I click on the link and a new tab opens with this: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at XXX Port 80. Please help. Additional note: I have tried accessing this from my tablet and phone with the same message.

hello, this is a server error - you'll need to contact the webmaster of the site in question if you want them to look into the issue. due to the spammy nature of the content on that site I've also edited out the url...

looking at their site again they only seem to provide support for signed in users so you may be out of luck. but as i've said the site looks very spammy so it probably isn't a great loss when you can't access them...
