emails are automatically being deleted from the server and I have checked 'don't delete any messages'.

Thunderbird is only keeping messages that are about 2 months old. It is keeping 260 conversations a the moment.

In account settings>synchronization & storage> I have check the button for don't delete any messages. In Edit>Folder Properties>Retention Policy I have checked use my Account Settings

I checked with my ISP and they can't solve it from their end. I am only using 12% of my available disk space.

I use thunderbird on multiple devices and have the same settings checked on each device.

There are also no options to fix this using webmail either.
