Hello, I had to reset my computer to try to fix a few problems with windows. Before doing so I sync my account to be sure to not lose my bookmarks but when the new installation was done and firefox reinstalled I can't find anything at all. Bookmarks, password, everything is gone. Does any body have a solution ?

Syncing bookmarks isn't done instantly if you have never used Sync before and the first initial Sync can take quite some time depending on how much data you have. It is always best to backup your personal data locally on a USB flash drive also because Sync isn't meant as a backup.
