Been using Tbird for quite a while. Currently using ver. 149.0.2 but problem started before updating. Used to have a tab called Cardbook which shows all my contacts and is synchronized with Google. Its gone and I don't see how to add it back in. Advise please and thanks.

I am attempting to locate the "manage containers" option on the container drop down menu but it is not there. I have read several other threads and have tried cntrl+ about:config "which did not have a false option" clicking right, and then maybe left and every which way I could click, but nothing. The drop down menu does not move so as to reposition and possibly find what I can't find. I do have my scaling pretty high, I wonder if that could be the problem. Any help would be appreciated, you know how we like to change these kinds of options.

Previous Colors add-on is apparently not him compatible with the most recent version of Thunderbird which installed itself in the last few days.

Does anyone know if it updates to that plug-in is anticipated?

If not, are there any similar add-ons available?

I used Pocket for a while. It was excellent since it allowed taking a webpage and converting it to a document that could be copied and pasted to Microsoft word. This allowed further analysis and work on the contents of the page and was extremely useful.

Now that Pocket is gone is there another extension or a purchased extension that does the same thing on the present day Firefox.

I presently use Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Appreciate any suggestions.

New to Thunderbird, trying to move away from Outlook on Windows.

For hotmail account, I was able to quickly set up account, read and send emails.

However, the calendar does not show up. It has an enable button which I clicked. But it appears to be a new calendar and it's empty

Search shows to install TbSync and Provider for Exchange ActiveSync. However, it's not available in add-ons/extension (shows as not compatbile with 149).

What else can I do? Don't want to give up this quickly.

I'm having problems with AOL ad blockers. The program says that I have ad blocker plus turned on in my Firefox extensions. I turned everything off in the exension menu and still have the same issue.
