Hi,

I’m experiencing the following issue:

When I open Password Manager (about:logins), the page is completely blank.

This problem started about three months ago, after I updated Firefox to a newer version.

Currently, on the about:logins page, I can export all my accounts and passwords as a CSV file (so the data clearly exists), but nothing is displayed on the page itself.

I also tried importing the same CSV file (exported from about:logins) back into Firefox. After importing, all accounts and passwords appear in the left panel. However, when I click on any item, the right panel is still blank. If I close the page and open about:logins again, the items still do not load.

My current Firefox version is 147.0.

How can I solve this problem?

Links don't work reliably in Firefox. For example, I can't pay with PayPal when making a purchase because clicking the "PayPal" link doesn't open the PayPal page.

Is there a Firefox setting I need to change, or do I need to switch to a different browser?

Firefox is my default browser, but often shows my location wrong in my home location. Google chrome and maps shows it correctly. Please tell me where firefox thinks I am and how I might correct it.

I use Firefox as my default browser, and I like it very much.

Problem: I received an outlook email with a link to a Docusign envelope. The link would not connect with Docusign.

Work Around: When I used another browser, Microsoft Edge, the link opened up right away.

Additional Information: I use another digital signature program, Dotloop, and it works without any issues on Firefox.

Question: What can I do to make sure that Docusign works properly on Firefox?

Since latest upgrade (1/16/2026) I cannot log in to Outlook email. This is specific to Firefox 147.0.1 (Chrome and Pop Peeper logins to Outlook work fine). I tried clearing cache, updating, restarting, rebooting, trouble-shooting mode, private window etc. to no avail. I get 400 error from Outlook.

My wife's old Windows 10 HP laptop quit working last week do to some Operating System failure while it was trying to do an update. It finally did a reboot and now it is useless, at least as it is! It will NOT complete the boot process after trying all of the options offered. All that I am able to is exit out of Windows to a "DOS prompt." I am able to get to the Mozilla Firefox folder and others contain within. The new Windows 11 laptop I bought her is working fine with a fresh Firefox browser installed about a week ago. What she wants is her web links, settings and saved passwords "copied" from the old laptop and installed on the new one! We have no idea how many there are to retrieve! I'm hoping that there might only be one folder that I can copy via "command line" prompt to a USB drive and move the file(s) to the new laptop the same way. Can anyone tell me what I need to know? On some sites where the text input isn't a proper input box, pressing Back Escape takes me back to the previous page is there anyway to fix this? (for example the wordle page.)

The same thing happens on my two Dell laptops (Inspiron and Latitude), and a Hyper-V VM (on my desktop PC). They all run Bazzite Linux 6.17.7-ba25.fc43.x86_64.

A video may play for a second or two, and then it's either a black screen, or an error message of "The content doesn't seem to be working."

On the same two laptops and VM, the Chromium Browser, and LibreWolf (a fork of Firefox?), have no issues playing the same videos.

Firefox version on all three systems is 147.0.3.

Any help/guidance welcome with thanks.

Starting the month of February 2026, I cannot get into the following websites anymore to do my on-line shopping. Walmart.com and King Sooper grocery store (Kroeger). I get messages to try again later all the time. If I use another browser such as Edge or Chrome, I can get in no problem. Not sure what is going on??? I chatted with Customer Service Reps at both sites, they don't know why I cannot get in with Firefox, unless some of your security certificates have expired. Help!! - Stan

I really appreciate Firefox's built in translator; it is extremely helpful. However there is one thing that bugs me, when translating a page that has multiple language options. For example, when translating a page from German to English, the word "Deutsch" (often listed in the website's built in language settings) is translated not to "German", but to "English". While technically correct in that the page is now displaying English thanks to the Firefox translation, it would probably be better to show "German" so that it is easier to switch the website language and not have a duplicate "English" option in the website's dropdown menu. I have noticed this on multiple websites, specifically with German, but it might be with other languages as well. Hopefully this explanation of the issue makes sense, and see my attached screenshot which shows this issue. Please let me know if there is somewhere else I should submit this too.

Until some days ago I could use the add on "Video Downloadhelper" without problems on my old Macbook Air (2017) with OS10.15.7 but suddenly the add on was not available anymore. I purchased a valid license for this add on. In the Firefox adjustments it was mentioned as deactivated. Could you please let me know, how I can activate the Video Downloadhelper again? My laser printer will not print due to low toner. However, when I click on "more information" to find out the toner level, that site is shown as unsecure and cannot be accessed.

I can't login to my Facebook account? But I can login to other browsers,

Do I have a setting wrong?

I have a situation - which I had previously researched and resolved - that has come back to haunt me.

I use an ultra-widescreen monitor and searching/browsing obviously necessitates a center-screen search box which, up until now, Firefox has provided cleanly and with simplicity. However, I see that (once again) despite cursor placement in the center-screen box the search text is being entered in the address bar which is wholly impractical for me since I have to look about 60 degrees left and upwards to see what I am typing.

I say "again" because when this happened previously I was able to make a config change and resolve it but despite that still being in effect - the ".handoffToAwesomebar" is still set to FALSE - search text now has moved back to the address bar.

A brief search of this community yielded no answers. Is there any other known fix or has this now be thrust upon us permanently and thou shalt adapt?
