I need help opening my emails.

For some reason, I am unable to open any of my emails (YAHOO). I am able to log in, I am able to go to my inbox, I am NOT able to open any thing after I get here. My emails do NOT open and I cannot read them. There is NO error code. NOTHING happens. I don't know if something has blocked me from doing this, but I have contacted Yahoo and they said it has to be a problem with the Browser I use... which is Firefox. Please let me know how I can open my mail. I have confirmations that I need to print. Thank you.

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.
