Firefox keep feezing.

I think i see what's doing it. Kinda. When firefox goes into a freeze state I see that a new firefox icon will flash on my toolbar for a second then it goes away. I have no clue what it was or why. but it does seem to be what is causing firefox to freeze.

Nope that didn't fix it. So now it's been doing this in 6, 7 and now 8 well maybe 9 will be the magic number i hope.
