I want the bookmarks icon on the left side and I want it to open as a popup [SOLVED]

Added bookmarks to left side and it only opens in a window on left side of screen. Want it do be popup like icon on right side. Want the icon on right side gone

Solved the problem but could not figure out how to delete this post. Don't need an answer unless you know how to delete questions.
