Why doesn't "Location bar" show bookmarks when I click the down arrow, although I have checked the "Location bar show bookmark and history" ?

I have a lot of bookmarks but when I click the down arrow near Location bar I didn't see any bookmarks of mine, although I did select "When using the location bar, suggest: bookmarks and history" in "Option" menu.

Suggestions of Bookmarks and History usually show up while you write. Writing a part of the website page name usually does the trick. Thanks for asking.
