I get the following error message when trying to access Microsoft Outlook.

Something went wrong server Error(/): GetSections returned no conversation history

I've already 1) restarted the computer, 2) cleared my cookies and cache, 3) re-started firefox in troubleshoot mode, 4) reinstalled firefox... none of those fixed the problem.

The message itself says it's a server error — so you might need to contact Microsoft for assistance if something's wrong with the account data or their system.

If you think the workaround might be on Firefox side, try using a new Private Window to sign in, to avoid any stale data of theirs, if there's any difference.
