Manage extensions

Firefox for desktop Windows, macOS, Linux and Firefox for Android uses the Gecko rendering engine as to why they support Firefox Extensions. The Firefox for iOS/iPadOS however uses webkit (Safari) as a base due to Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used on iOS/iPadOS. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios
