Sorting folders in ver. 128.5

I have several email accounts and in the left pane they are listed in the order I added them. I want to change the order so the more used accounts are on top. I try dragging and it does not do anything. I searched the web and only solution listed was to download an api, which I did, but does not work on ver. 128. How do I change the order that these email accounts appear?

- click to 'account settings' - highlight the name of an account to move - with the mouse button down, drag to desired positin
