Trouble with tray icon on startup TB v91 minimized (in shortcut properties)

In version 91 (Windows), when launched Thunderbird minimized (in the properties of the shortcut), there were problems with the tray icon. It is present, but when you hover over it, it disappears. Until version 91, this worked. Is it possible to fix this, or how to solve the problem of running the program in a minimized form in a different way?
