my send button is greyed out and Ctrl + Return doesn't work - this only happened today, it's been working fine until now

When you click on Write and it opens a new window to allow you to create an email, the 'Send' button is always greyed out until you enter an email address in a TO field. then it should become enabled again.

This is because you cannot send until you have an email address to send to.

'Send' may be replaced by Send Later' if you are in offline mode.

Thank you for your reply. I did know that, and I had put an email address in, but it still didn't work. However, now Send is miraculously not greyed out anyway! 

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply anyway.
