when forwarding an e-mail, it sends a large amount of text ahead of the actual message. How do I stop this?

I want to forward an e-mail to someone, when I do this the screen shows me a large amount of text about where the original message came from, the routing process and a lot of other "junk". How do i stop this from happening? It also happens when I want to print the original message. Need a FIX.

Go to the View menu and set Headers to Normal instead of All.
