When I accidentally delete an email and then restore, lost email!

I deleted an email and as expected it went to the trash folder. I go into the trash folder and highlight the email...right click...click on "Move to" and select Inbox. Once executed I check the Inbox and It never goes there. So where did it go?

You can visit this forum for your answer to recover deleted emails by the help of Imap folder https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/995435#answer-559472 if unable to recover from the trash folder.
