How do I print my address book?

I would like to print hard copy of all my addresses. I saw another answer that said to open the Address Book window and select "Print" from the File menu, but my Address Book window has no menus. How can I do this?

As for missing toolbars, press the alt key to reveal the Menu Bar. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.

The best way is to export to a comma separated file and open with Excel or other spreadsheet software. The added benefit is now you have a backup file of your address book.

AND, just how do I make the comma separated file??

Pressing ALT does nothing on my computer. How do I get a menu that lets me export my address book. Appears that that menu option was omitted.
