Firefox crashes even when I create new profile

I need more help. I actually followed the instructions described here "Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles" and opened Firefox with a new profile, closed it and then couldn't reopen again neither with double click nor through run dialog...... :(

I deleted all profiles, uninstalled firefox and all plugins, removed all relative files, reinstalled it.... What else could I do? I cannot open the program at all.... I don't care about previous info (bookmarks etc). I just want to be able to use firefox.....

hi, as this is sometimes a problem caused by malware that is present on a system, please run a full scan with different different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, and others and see if this fixes the problem...
