I imported my emails from Outlook. When i import again new emails are not updated in the folders. Work only allows me to keep 6 months of emails.

I have imported my emails from outlook because work only allows me to save 6 months of emails. The first import worked fine. When i tried to import again the folders didn't update. It only shows emails from the original import.

A second import should create new folders, not update old ones.

I suggest you get one of the PST to EML programs and export your mail that way. I have some experience with this one and have found it works. http://www.msgextract.com/buy/
