This process was unnecessarily frustrating. I assumed that after following the installation instructions to put sync on my multiple devices, I could just click Menu->Sync in my browser, and the tabs open on other devices would magically open in my current session. Nope.

After 1-2 hours of searching, I found this (link below). Please clarify in the installation/usage instructions that users need to add the Sync icon to their toolbar, or open their bookmarks sidebar, in order to see tabs from other devices. Sync is a great feature, but useless if I can't actually open my synced items!

Hi, glad you found what you were looking for. Does little to tell us as we have no control over that but you do. Please open the 3Bar Menu --> Help --> Submit Feedback and a team will review your submission.

Sorry for you frustration. IMO, part of the problem is that Synced Tabs is a fairly new feature for Sync and hyperlinks to that article just may not been added to every other Sync support article where a hyperlink would be appropriate.

Specifically, exactly which Knowledgebase page should that information or hyperlink be added to?
