The Add on called "Lights on" won't be removed even after I remove it. (It comes back the next re-boot)

I think I installed cheat engine from the legit sight, and you know. Downloading something for free usually comes with add-ware which I can remove easily. So I remove the tool bar, search engine, and other junk. Then I finish and restart my browser good as new.

The next day everything is normal until I got to you tube to see the "light on app". It displays a button so I can make the page darker and that's it. I don't want it so I delete it and restart my browser.

The next day its back after I slept and I did the same thing as before.

Now its been like this for 2 weeks and I AM INSANE! Please someone help me.

This happens when you shut down and restart Windows? Maybe an external program on your computer keeps re-adding it. If you open the Windows Vista Control Panel, Programs and Features, and sort by date, can you find any programs installed at the same time as the one you really wanted which could be the culprit?
