Cant get thru steps on a website.
when I log into compaconline and select an option which on desktop takes me to five sub-options, it wont open to display the suboptions.

Can you please provide the link to the website?
I couldn't see the issue you mentioned since the site asks for a username and password to go further. If you are experiencing this kind of problem only with this site, there is a very good change the issue is in the way the site is developed. So I suggest you contact the site's developers regarding the issue. They might be able to solve it.
