How do I set the home page. There is no icon to the left of the web address

I have loaded version 4. I want to set my homepage. Have read the instructions, but there is no "F" icon to the left of any of my web page addresses. Or is there a "Home' button to the right of the web address.

The Home page icon has been moved to the far right side of the Navigation Toolbar.
