I saved a download setting now I want to change it back to default, but I am not sure how. Can anyone help me?

I was downloading multiple sims3.pack files from the Sims 3 Store. It asked if I wanted to use the Sims 3 launcher. I said yes and checked always use this program. Now I want to change it back to the default so it will at least ask me again.
