Is there a way to request a feature enhancement to allow vertical tabs to be displayed on the right side of the screen?

It would be great to have an option to place vertical tabs on the right side of the screen for people who also read right to left.

You can use this file to move and format any item of the browser.

If you're on RTL locale, it will be there by default. For others, there's a setting to move it to the opposite side.
