when I receive messages in the From - To - Subject. The To: wrong name always comes in with a wrong name.

go to settings.
search for address
Disable "show only display name for people in my address book".
Alternatively remove the dud entry from your address book. It will probably be in collected addresses, but not always.
The index for that folder may be corrupt. To correct it, right-click on the folder name in the Folders List, and from the context menu choose < Properties | General Information tab > and click the Repair Folder button. This will generate a new index for the folder and hopefully correct the messages display information.
