This question is posted in the Thunderbird forum asserting you send mail using Firefox.

Could you please clarify what product you use to send mail and what it is you are seeking assistance with as there is nothing anywhere in the email specification and standards that offers any sort of mail delivery guarantee, let alone garner a response from the recipient.
