setting message body default font and colour

TB on Linux - is there any way to change the default font and colour for the message text only when composing an email or reply to it. I know it can be done manually through the formatting bar in the message - but would like that to be permanent.

thnx

Font::

- at the top, set 'Fonts for:' to Other Writing Systems if it isn't already

- change Proportional and Monospace fonts/sizes

- set Minimum font size to None

- set TB menu > Settings > Composition > HTML Style to Variable Width and Medium font

Color:

- TB menu > Composition > HTML Style > Use reader's default colors
