I've got version 9301 and it was working great a few days ago, but now it is deactivated for some reason. So I looked at the manager page and it said that it was disabled. So I moved the switch on the right and the "(disabled)" went away.

       Then I went back to the same video source that I had been downloading from a few days ago but it is still completely deactivated, meaning that the 3 balls are staying white, with a "no media to process in the current tab" statement when I start playing a video instead of the 3 balls jumping into colour when I start playing a video.
