If this is the password for your email account and you can't log on then you would probably best contact your Email provider for a password reset.

If you are wanting to set up a new email app on another device, the passwords are located under Cog (bottom left)/search 'passwords' (top right)/Saved Passwords/Show Passwords/Use password that you use to access your device.
