What do you mean get on Google? Are you talking Google search page setup as homepage or something like Google apps? And how did you update Firefox was it stand or custom when you did the update? I know this makes a difference as I experienced this in the past doing "standard" remove all my settings and only way to restore was to reimage the previous saved Drive image to restore my settings and do the update as "Custom" to prevent it changing my custom settings.
