Hi,

I just installed Thunderbird yesterday to test it out (as I'm no longer able to use the Microsoft Outlook email client due to pop3 no longer being supported by my email host).

Things worked fine yesterday when I added two email accounts but today I found a conflict where both inboxes were showing emails from a third email account. I was unable to add this third email account yesterday due to a message saying "You already have an OWA account with this hostname. Try using the EWS protocol instead. You can find it in the OWL settings page". I went round and round in circles trying to find the OWL settings page but just could not add the third account.

Today, the two accounts I created yesterday showed the emails from the third account I was unable to add. Confused and bewildered!!

Can you help? Thanks.

Regards.

Nick
