Until recently, if I initiated multiple downloads, they would be automatically targeted to unique file names: redirector.mp4, redirector(1).mp4, etc.

Perhaps I changed a setting unwittingly but now it's always redirector.mp4 so that two or more overlapping downloads overwrite each other.

Guidance appreciated.

So that I can try and replicate what you are seeing, where are you downloading these files from?
