Please try the following as there are known cases where it loads the profile but is blank and fixing the global database resolves the situation. Rebuild the Global Database, info at the following link. Remember thunderbird must be closed when editing in the profile.

Please try the following as there are known cases where it loads the profile but is blank and fixing the global database resolves the situation. Rebuild the Global Database, info at the following link. Remember thunderbird must be closed when editing in the profile.
