I need to disable the command for right click while scrolling up and down changing history and tabs

I use the image zoom tool, which allows using the scroll wheel while right clicking to shrink or enlarge an image. Lately, the command to scroll up while the right mouse is clicked in order to change tabs, and scroll down while the right mouse is clicked in order to change history, have started appearing while attempting to scroll on an image. I want to know how I can disable these two commands.
