Hi! I was using Firefox installed on unit C: (Win 11 64bits). Now, I have uninstalled the firefox and then Im trying to install it in another unit in the same PC, but the installer detects that it was installed previosly and doesn´t offer the option to choose de unit. I would like to install it on the new unit and conserve all of my data but moved to the SSD. Could you tell me how can I do that step by step? Thanks in advance.

This is the first time since 10 years that I need help with Thunderbird. I got a new computer and downloaded and installed Thunderbird 128.4.1esr (64-Bit). Then I tried to transfer my e-mail files from my old computer (Thunderbird 128.4.0esr) by the export function using the profile directory function, got a directory named u5n188z6.default (the file is somewhere about 35 GB) . I also could start the import function on the new computer (import from profle "default") and the files were imported to the new local directory posion. However, nothing could be seen within the Thunderbird home page. Could you, please, provide help with this problem? Greetings from Vienna, Winfried Scheirer

Tras las dos ultimas actualizaciones del navegador desde primeros de septiembre no es posible ver en vuestro navegador la plataforma Disney+.

¿Cuando vais a solucionar el problema de visualización? Ya que se oye el sonido pero no podemos ver la imagen o el HUB del player de disney por si tenemos que cambiar algo de su configuración.

Acabo de abrir firefox y me aparece la ventana que me indica que se ha actualizado firefox, a la version 132.0 en concreto.

desde este momento no me aparece el tema que tenia creado conla extension firefox color. tengo que deshabilitar la extension firefox color y volver a activar para que el tema vuelva a verse

Hi, this question, or complaint, is addressed to the devs. I must to express in beforehand, that firefox is my preferred browser, but i hate to update it, because after every update, the program gets deteriorated instead to improve. This time I have an issue that never happened me before. I use since a long time, the multiprofile feature without any issue. Practically for that feature, is why i prefer this browser over any other But after the latest update (131.0.3 version) i cannot open any of those profiles and the program shows me this warning "your firefox profile cannot be loaded. it may be missing or inaccessible profiles". The possible cause resides because I store the profiles outside C: partition. I have C: and D: partitions on my disk, and I store them in D: partition because it has more free space. So I know perfectly the location of the profile folders and they still exist of course. Besides, i have another pc with the same specs, and happened the same. I experimented, and I could see that the new firefox, cannot detect the old profile folders' path when you select them at firefox's profile manager. The fact is, that if i copy one of the profiles to the default profile folder, firefox can perfectly recognize it and open it. Also if i create a new profile inside the custom profile folder (which as I said, is outside C: partition) it also can open it. So i don't know why it can't open the other old profiles. So, copying all the old profiles to the default profile folder IS NOT an option. NEITHER recreating all those profile folders. Remember, firefox was working fine, until the latest update, so please fix that or tell me please how to override that issue. Thanks for your attention

si se reinicia mi ordenador por alguna actualizacion de windows que ocurrira con las pestañas que tengo abiertas? es posible mantenerlas abiertas despues del reinicio? Y si la actualizacion es del navegador?

Necesito desinstalar Firefox por medio de un script, ya que son más de 1000 equipos y no encuentro cual es la mejor opción, se ha intentado con Helper.exe sin embargo por seguridad el usuario no tiene permisos de administrador, por lo que siempre aparece el mensaje de confirmación solicitando usuario de administración para confirmar la desinstalación. ¿existe algún script automatizado o algún método de desinstalación desatendida que funcione? La version de firefox es 13.1.0.2 y anteriores. C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall>helper.exe /s

Necesito ayuda para conseguir una version de Thunderbird compatible con Windows 7 de 32 bits, la requiero para un equipo que no puedo migrar a una version mas reciente de sistema operativo por la aplicacion que tengo trabajando en ese equipo. Gracias de antemano por el apoyo.

Tengo la version de firefox 130.0.1 Cuando intento actualizarlo desde el menú: Ayuda - Acerca de Firefox, me dice que no puede encontrar actualizaciones, pero el menu principal siempre dice que hay una actualizacion nueva que debo descargar e instalar. Ya he echo eso 2 veces, pero aún sigue apareciendo.
