BUENOS DÍAS. TENEMOS UN PROBLEMA CON EL CORREO QUE SE MANDA A UN CLIENTE EN CONCRETO, NO LE LLEGA NUESTRO CORREO NI TAMPOCO SE REGISTRA EL CORREO ENVIADO EN SU SERVIDOR. COMO PODEMOS SOLUCIONARLO?. GRACIAS UN SALUDO PILAR

I'm using Thunderbird 149.0.2 (64-bit) for windows.

I offen prepare emails in an HTML file and when I'm ok with the result I insert HTML to a new email. Until older versions Thunderbird blocks remote images when I insert HTML, but appears a message at the end of the email warning me that it blocked images and an Option button and I could unblock image by image all the images. But with this version the message still appears but the button doesn't appear and I can't unblock the images.

I think this is a bug and I need to get back that button, because I send messages this way a lot.

Hola. Necesito instalar Thunderbird en mi nuevo ordenador pero no puedo porque no recuerdo la contraseña y no sé como cambiarla o verla. Al darle a instalar me dice en el nuevo pc que la contraseña es errónea y en mi antigio pc que si puedo entrar a Thunderbird no veo donde verla, como cambiarla o que hacer.

he usado mozilla para trasladar mis correos de hotmail a gmail y ahora no puedo ver mis correos solo aparece las hora que debo hacer necesito recuperar mis correos con urgencia tengo trabajos

De un momento a otro todos mis mensajes de Papelera se borraron (yo no los he borrado ni accidentalmente tampoco) (esto fue hoy, es decir aun no transcurrieron 24 hs)

Necesitaría restaurar todos los correos de la papelera, intente con un programa que creo que es oficial, se llama Recovery Tool for Mozilla Thunderbird, pero si bien me marcaba todos los mails ahí, es pago el programa por lo que no me permitió guardar/descargar. Es decir en algún lado de la PC están los mails.

Intente otra opción que dice con el notepad++ hay que modificar el texto X-Mozilla-Status: 0009 en el archivo MBOX, pero cuando abro en ningún lado esta esa linea/código.

(tampoco se movieron de carpeta, ya busque el resto de carpetas, Y en local folders tenia un backup pero es viejo tiene casi un año, de los correos que tenia en papelera nuevos no tengo nada)

No se que otra opción hay? si me pueden ayudar ya que realmente necesito todos los correos que desaparecieron porque son del trabajo.

desde hace 2 semanas ( android 16 ) no puedo abrir la aplicación en el terminal Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, en el resto de móviles, tables y PC me funciona perfectamente. la he desinstalado y vuelto a Instalar pero cuando meto la contraseña no pasa de ahi. por favor escríbanme en Español no entiendo Ingles. 👋🏻👋🏻 Redactado ya un texto en Thunderbird, se hace largo el tiempo del envío. Y sale un mensaje diciendo que ha habido un error. Que el mensaje es fallido. ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo? En web Gmail funciona normal Gracias.

Yo quiero que: 1. Que se quita la pedida de donación o pone un coste por año y no mas dice que Thunderbird es gratis. No me gusta nada ver esta pedida, que ocupa media pagina con letras grandes, cuando he donado ya hace unos dias. 2. La otra media de pagina, la única que quiero ver tiene letras muy pequeñas, que apenas se puedo leer. Se puedo cambiarlas a mas grandes?

I have three PCs running Windows 10 and one running Windows 11. All of them have Mozilla Thunderbird updated to version 148.0 (64-bit). For the past few months (I think it started with version 146.0), every time we send an email, the "Sending a message..." window appears and takes between 15 and 20 seconds to complete. We've tried many things, such as disabling the firewall and antivirus, but nothing has improved the situation. Previously, any message would send in less than 3 seconds.

He configurado la cuenta de correo de yandex.com y pruebo la conexión con el servidor imap de entrada y da correcta la verificación, pero al intentar enviar un correo a través de su servidor de salida, me intenta conectar con la web de yandex dándome error de identificación. He aceptado las cookies, he puesto las contraseñas, tanto de acceso a yandex, como la específica que había creado para la aplicación thunderbird (porque en yandex es como en google, que ha y que crear passwords específicas para aplicaciones) y no consigo que me funcione el correo de salida de mi cuenta de Yandex.com.

¿A alguien más le pasa?

Porque para entrar en yandex.com desde el navegador Brave , entro perfectamente con mi usuario y contraseña pero desde el navegador web de thunderbird no hay forma de entrar.

Hi, I am getting double calendar alerts. Besides that, the alerts don't disapear when I click the discard button. The only thing that works is closing the alert window but after some time the same alert for the same event goes off again.

Perhaps the double alerts are somehow connected with two accounts? I reinstalled Thunderbird and had the account set before the reinstallation.

This seems to go inhand with double sending emails. When I send an email the receiver gets twice the same email. Also in the sent folder of email service provider are two copies of the email.

So this seems to be two problems: 1. double account sending emails and running alerts. 2. bug with the calendar alert window, that doesn't do anything when you click "discard" or "nooze off".

Debajo adjunto las capturas de cada uno de los pasos. La captura 3 y 4 son iguales, porque cuando hago clic en Acceder, no ocurre nada. La última captura corresponde a la cuenta que no se termina de configurar, y queda en espera, porque no puedo acceder.
