I clicked on 'View' in a menu bar and then mistakenly clicked on 'full view' which eliminated all my tool bars. I can't figure out how to restore my tab strip and tool bars

Hit F11

or

Move the cursor to the top of the screen and when the toolbars appear, right-click and select Exit Full Screen.
