my computer crashed two days ago, i had to reformat and lost everything. i had been using firefox and am wondering if i can restore my bookmarks?

I was using firefox as my browser and had all my bookmarks, history, tags etc. Are they retrievable?

If you re-formatted the hard drive and did not create a backup you will have lost your bookmarks and other user data.
