I found the solution on the following Lifehacker post:

Switch Between Tab Groups in Firefox with a Keyboard Shortcut

The shortcuts are:

  • (Ctrl+Shift+E) switch between Tab Groups and Current Tab
  • (Ctrl+`) go to Next Tab Group
  • (Ctrl+Shift+`) go to Previous Tab Group

Is there any way to change these shortcuts? Since I'm using a Belgian keyboard, the only way to type ` is to use the combination of AltGr + ` + followed by a space...

This makes it impossible to use CTRL+` to change Tab groups.
