it used to work now all the sudden it wont, i up greaded to 3.6.8 or what ever it is and still wont work right, can anyone help, i have asked 3 times and no answer

No problem on Windows XP, so perhaps it is related to Windows 7.

Can you describe the steps to re-create the problem?

Are you running 32-bit Win7 or 64-bit Win7?
