i turned off my tool bar and now i cant bring it back

i accidently closed my tool bar in the view pane and now i cant bring it back. theres no files, tools, any of those drop down panes visible... how do i bring it back?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
