When I write an email there is no send, attach, or save buttons in that window. I do have the menu bar in the main mail window, but nothing in the window that opens to write an email. I tried personalizing the buttons but the ones I need are not available.

Hola Lo que le falta es la "barra de redacción", presione las teclas Alt+V, se abre la "Barra de menú" en el menú "Ver", haga clic en el "Barra de herramientas" y marque "barra de redacción".
