WIFI network doesn't allow downloading emails from pop3 server, but it allows me send them without problem.

I'm connected to a WIFI network from my customer. Internet access is Ok, sending messages with thunderbird no problem, but when I try to receive messages from my pop3 server is doesn't work: " Connection timeout". Is there anything I can do to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hola, Puede enviar correos pero no recibirlos? reviso la configuracion según el proveedor del servicio de correo? Saludos
