I have a number of email addresses under my domain name and under each of them I have a number of folders. My mail provider just migrated to new servers and, as a result, I had to reset passwords and settings. All but one of the email addresses has downloaded all of my past messages and all of the folders within that email address. I cannot get the other one to do anything more than inbox. The company keeps saying that it is my email programme, but, as far as I can tell, all of the settings are the same. I desperately need the folders, and the older data, to be on my computer. It is IMAP. Thank you

Be sure that you have all folder authorized for download at synchronization&storage and then click File>offline>download . If you are receiving error message, post that. From your post, I infer that no changes are needed in your incoming server settings to download.
