Action "Create filter from" in Thunderbird shows a very tall window

Subject window is out of screen in vertical so the OK button is not visible in the bottom and changes can not be saved.

I am not able to find a way to reduce window size. I would be gratefull if you can help me. E. Pato - Thunderbird user in Madrid
