I tried the settings, saved passwords, show passwords, remove, restart and create new password option but my emails still not connecting. I keep getting the 'Could not connect to mail server envoy.aserv.co.za' error msg. Can you guys please advise?

You may have an error in the account setup. I am unfamiliar with that email provider's email settings, so I suggest you verify with them what the setting should be and then, if you cannot connect, post that information and the explicit error messages.
